Openings: A 5Rhythms Movement Workshop with Richard Jerram.
As we breathe and move through the 5Rhythms® Wave, we shall explore different openings into each of the Rhythms and see how the Rhythms themselves can open new doorways into our llives. What can we discover about ourselves? What is there that longs to be expressed? What will happen if we let go? Newcomers are welcome: there are no steps to learn and this workshop can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age, fitness, ability, or experience.

Richard Jerram brings heart, humor, and fourteen years’ experience as an accredited teacher. He discovered the 5Rhythms in 1996 and has taught classes and workshops for groups of 2 to 120 dancers in London, Lisbon and Melbourne (including groups of Buddhists and Quakers). Richard moved to Philadelphia from the UK in March 2008 and now lives in Baltimore. He teaches regularly in New Jersey and Maryland. Richard is trained to teach Waves & Heartbeat levels of the 5Rhythms work.
